As an accomplished Operations and Transformation leader, Laura has led projects of all sizes and complexity from inception to close, with an expertise in taking large cross-functional strategic initiatives, breaking them down into actionable plans for execution, and creating visibility for all stakeholders. Being a unique blend of both a strategy and details person allows her to deliver true end-to-end solutions.
With over 20 years of business operations experience in a multitude of disciplines, Laura has developed a deep understanding of best practices and multiple methodologies, resulting in a talent for adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs and the ability to seamlessly move from team to team understanding the role of each business function in the larger strategic vision. Driven by data, Laura is an expert at identifying areas for improvement, creating solutions that deliver measurable outcomes aligned with organizational goals, and preparing teams to adopt new ways of working.
Laura believes that success is achieved through a combination of people, process, and technology with the understanding that people are most important. When leading teams, she focuses on alignment, collaboration, and communication to set clear expectations and deliver results.
In her free time, Laura loves traveling but calls Greenville, South Carolina home when not on the road.
